Brandon Montemayor, a lifelong resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, takes great pride and has a passion for helping his friends, family and clients achieve their housing and personal goals. With a clear understanding of the ever-changing real estate market, Brandon implements the technology, tools and resources that allow his clients to get the most out of their real estate experience. With a strong focus in regular, short sale, bank owned, and investor opportunities, Brandon’s expertise and continuous pursuit of education has kept him in the top tier of producing agents.

Brandon entered the business in 2001 with Realty Executives and the Rollins Team. He was the manager and operating partner of Team Real Estate for two years before embarking on his current solo career. Brandon keeps his clients up to date on current market happenings, and guarantees that there is always someone there to assist his clients with whatever is needed.

With the majority of his clients coming as referrals, Brandon strives daily to make every clients experience the best possible through clear communication from the beginning, to well past the close of their transaction.

Brandon is married to his wife Megan and they have two sons, Easton and Hudson.

Barbara Clendenin Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Barbara is ultimately responsible for the day to day management of the office and ensuring that every client’s experience is the best possible.

Starting her career in the real estate industry over 20 years ago, Barbara’s knowledge of today’s real estate market, short sale negotiations, property management, and thorough understanding of the home buying and selling process makes Barbara a highly valued asset to the Team and our clients. As a licensed Realtor and active Sales Agent as well, Barbara works closely with all of our clients to guarantee all of their needs are identified and expectations exceeded.

Alicia Echeverria-Director of Sales

A longtime resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, Alicia demonstrates a tremendous dedication to the community through both her business and volunteer efforts.
Having been brought up in the Santa Clarita Valley, Alicia and her husband have made their home base in the SCV, where they and their children are surrounded by family.

Following her graduation with a BA in Communications from CSU Northridge, Alicia began a career in entertainment public relations where she honed the fine art of providing the best of all worlds to her celebrity clients. With her unsurpassed customer service skills and 18 years in the real estate business, Alicia is a “Major League Hitter” with Montemayor and Associates!

Nate McAfee-Sales Specialist

My name is Nate McAfee. I’m a long time community member of Santa Clarita with a passion for real estate and for helping people! With over 16 years sales experience, and nearly 33 years a Santa Clarita resident, real estate is a natural fit, and provides me the ultimate way to remain closely involved with the community as well as be a resource and representative for it’s residents. I believe highly in customer service. There are few things more gratifying than listing and selling a clients home or delivering them the keys to their new home purchase, and not just meeting but exceeding their expectations. I’m also a sports fanatic who grew up competing in many sports around the Santa Clarita valley from youth programs on up through high school at Hart High.

An interesting fact about me is that I have also been involved, for over 15 years, in the health and wellness industry, primarily in supplement sales and distribution. I am a certified dietary supplement specialist and enjoy sharing my knowledge of health as well. Most importantly I’m a husband to a beautiful wife, who was born in Santa Clarita, and a father to two great young girls. I’m proud to call Santa Clarita my home and honored to be part of a great team with Montemayor and Associates at Remax of Santa Clarita.

Michael Brown-Director of Field Operations

As a lifelong resident of Santa Clarita, I take great pride in helping the people in the community I grew up in. I went to West Ranch High School and was part of the first graduating class. I also played baseball all four years there. After, I obtained my Associate Degree from College of the Canyons, where I also played baseball for the Cougars. I then transferred to Cal State University Northridge where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

I am a huge Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Dodgers fan and can never watch enough sports. I would love nothing more than to help as many people as I can get into the home of their dreams!
